Hi everyone. I can genuinely say its been a pleasure to receive so many and so varied photo's for our Photo competition. Its going to be hard to thin then down to the shortlist.
If you are not already aware. we have an X100 (XK8 &XKR) Photo competition going on at the moment. If you would like to enter then please send your picture to john@tothegarage with the subject 'Picture competition' before midnight UK time on the 31st of August 2020.
The entries will be whittled down to a shortlist of 20 by myself and then put out to the subscribers of 'To the Garage' on YouTube. Its the subscribers who will pick the winner and 11 runners up. These will be made into a 2021 Calendar and given as prizes to all 12 Winners.
If you want to enter then be quick and there are very few rules.
The picture must include your XK8 or XKR.
The Picture as a whole will be judged. (ie its not a best car competition)
Only send a single photo
No rules on format of the picture but Landscape orientation and over 1 Meg resolution work well (higher resolution is better)
If you don't want your number plate shown then its up to you to obscure it (I will not be editing the pictures)
By entering you are giving me permission to publish the pictures on YouTube and to use them in the 2021 TTG calendar.
Please include your name. The cars name (if it has one) the location of the photo if applicable (ie in front of Grand Canyon) and the year and model of your car.
I will be making a small run of calendars for those who want to buy one but did not win. These will be sold through the web site shop www.tothegarage.co.uk and will be strictly limited and when they are gone they are gone.
